    Offroad Skyline (OS for short, also known as Tianya) 105L Auxiliary Fuel Tank is a large-capacity spare-tire-location auxiliary tank built for long-distance overland expeditions, featuring safe, durable, doubled driving range, and OEM bolt-on installation.
    It fits mainstream rugged off-road models including Tank 300/400, Toyota Prado LC150/LC250, Land Rover Discovery 4, Jeep Wrangler JL/JK, Ford Ranger, eliminating range anxiety for remote wilderness trips — a must-have upgrade for overland enthusiasts.

    Core Design & Advantages

    1. Spare-Tire-Location Bolt-On Installation, No OEM Function Compromise

    Mounted with factory mounting points, no frame cutting or welding required, preserving the original chassis structure.
    Ground clearance remains close to stock (higher than the rear axle housing on some models), with no impact on approach, departure, or breakover angles.
    Spare tire can be mounted normally (dedicated spare tire carrier for some models), with no loss of third-row seating or cargo space — ideal for both daily family use and off-roading.

    2. Large Capacity + Dual Fuel Supply, Doubled Range

    105L capacity, paired with the stock main tank (e.g., 80L for Tank 300) for a total 185L fuel capacity.
    At 12L/100km fuel consumption, driving range reaches 1500km+, easily handling remote wilderness and long cross-country trips.
    Dual redundant fuel delivery: electric pump + siphon system.
    The electric pump is controlled by a physical switch or Bluetooth APP, supporting one-click main/aux tank switching, with a fast flow rate (approx. 5–8L/min), no vapor lock or fuel flooding.
    The siphon mode acts as a backup to prevent fuel supply interruption from pump failure.

    Equipped with explosion-proof vent valves and fire arrestors, meeting off-road safety standards to eliminate fuel leakage or fire risks from high temperatures or collisions.
    Fuel lines use oil-resistant rubber or stainless steel braided hose, heat and aging resistant to prevent line rupture and leaks.
