    TMAX 12500-lb Winch + Disconnect Switch

    A high-traction rescue kit engineered for tough off-road and heavy-duty vehicles, it combines a 5.67-ton rated pull with circuit safety protection, and is compatible with Ford Ranger, Tank 300, Wrangler and other models.

    12V/6.6HP DC series-wound motor with 3-stage planetary gear reduction (reduction ratio 193.6:1), delivering stable power output.

    Two options available:

    • 24m×9.2mm steel cable (Part No.7345113)

    • 27m×11mm synthetic rope (Part No.9245113)

      Equipped with a 4-way roller fairlead for wear resistance and anti-jamming performance.

    Comes standard with a 3.7m wired remote control; wireless remote control is available as an optional accessory, suitable for complex rescue scenarios.

    TMAX Exclusive Disconnect Switch

    Core Function

    Cuts off the winch's main power supply to prevent electric leakage and battery drain, eliminate the risk of accidental activation, and protect the vehicle battery and electrical circuits.

    Structure & Material

    Built-in 3mm pure copper conductive plates with 1000A high current capacity; mechanical rotary wrench with clear on/off indication (green for power on / red for power off).

    Mounting & Compatibility

    Mounted in an easily accessible position in the engine bay, with drill-free connection to the Original vehicle circuit and full compatibility with TMAX winch wiring harnesses.

    Safety Redundancy

    Works in conjunction with the winch's thermal protection and brake system to provide multi-layer protection and enhance the safety of off-road rescue.
